Ueno x Sake x Private room

Good morning.
The other day, we received a shipment of sake in the market. Nama-zake, in particular, shows the characteristics of the brewery in an easy-to-understand manner (my own opinion (sweat)).
Please enjoy fresh sashimi, roasted duck, and wild vegetable tempura, which we purchase every morning, with fresh sake. Starting this week, we will be serving Yuzukiri Soba noodles kneaded with fragrant yuzu from Kochi Prefecture.
